Romanian Contact Center Awards premiaza cei mai buni specialisti din industria de contact center din tara noastra
In cadrul celei de-a 8-a editii a Romanian Contact Center
Awards, au fost desemnate premiile industriei nationale de contact
center. Dedicat excelentei in relationarea cu clientii, singurul
eveniment de profil din tara, recunoaste, an de an, initiativele
remarcabile ale companiilor din domeniu si angajatilor acestora.
Romanian
Contact Center Awards 2016, eveniment desfasurat pe 18 martie, la JW
Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, este organizat de Conference Arena,
membru Marketing Insiders Group.

Competitia din acest an a
fost mai stransa decat de obicei, au fost multi aplicanti atat la
categoriile individuale, cat si la categoriile care vizeaza companiile
sau anumite procese si tehnologii de business. Au existat categorii de
premii cu mai mult de 6 inscrisi. Concurenta a fost extraordinar de mare
si oamenii incredibil de buni. Juriul a avut o misiune foarte grea, dar
si foarte placuta in acelasi timp. Toti cei implicati merita cu
desavarsire felicitari pentru tot ceea ce fac in fiecare zi.” a declarat
Madalina Vilau, Managing Director al Marketing Insiders Group si
organizator Romanian Contact Center Awards.
Editia din acest an a
beneficiat de o jurizare multidimensionala si multiculturala, aducand
impreuna 4 tari: Romania, Germania, Belgia si Canada.
